Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Wadi Chat account, please contact our customer service using the information provided.
Before logging out, we may collect and verify your identity information, device information, business relationships, and account assets.
We will process your account deletion within seven days of receiving your request. For details, please refer to the Account Deletion Agreement.
After your account is deleted, we will stop providing products or services to you.
You acknowledge that account deletion is irreversible.
Once your account is successfully deleted, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,
unless otherwise required by law.
Account Deletion Agreement
If you do not agree with any of the following terms, or do not fully understand them, please do not delete your account.
By checking “I have read and agree to the Account Deletion Agreement,” you confirm your acceptance of all terms.
1. The account you request to delete must be the one you registered and use.
If it meets the deletion conditions and complies with this agreement, we will delete it and remove its information after 7 days.
Do not log in during this period, or your deletion will be considered void.
2. You must have the right to delete the account and ensure that doing so does not infringe on any third party's rights.
You are responsible for any disputes or losses arising from your action and must compensate the platform if necessary.
3. After logging out, you cannot reactivate or continue using your account.
All content, including your profile, photos, videos, messages, comments, props, gifts, virtual currency, shares, ratings, followers, privileges,
and other digital assets, will be permanently deleted. Please back up any information you wish to retain.
4. Ensure your account is secure and has not had sensitive changes—such as password resets or phone number changes—within the last 30 days.
5. Ensure your account has no unfinished transactions, disputes, complaints, or reports.
6. If you have gold coins in your account, you may spend them before deletion or forfeit them.
7. If you hold special roles such as guild leader or member, you must remove these statuses before proceeding.
8. During the deletion process, if your account is involved in disputes, complaints, lawsuits, arbitrations, or investigations by relevant authorities,
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the deletion process at our discretion without further consent.
9. Deleting your account does not absolve you of any prior responsibilities or obligations.
10. Account deletion will terminate our provision of services to you, in accordance with the rights and obligations in the
User Broadcaster Agreement and
Privacy Policy. except where services cannot be terminated due to their nature.
